Reality Checks in Practice & Create Your Own Reality Check (Modules 2 & 3)

How can teachers, trainers and counsellors bring career guidance to life in the classroom – and even design their own innovative formats?

Within the Reality Check project, two modules of the Modular Training Concept (MTC) address exactly these needs:

  • Module 2 equips practitioners with ready-to-use Reality Checks, offering hands-on simulations, tools and reflection phases to adapt them directly to their school or institution.
  • Module 3 provides a step-by-step method to design a brand-new Reality Check – from identifying learner needs and labour market links to structuring activities and evaluating outcomes.

Both modules are highly interactive and practice-oriented. They target teachers, career guidance practitioners, trainers, youth workers and company representatives who want to apply and develop Reality Checks in their daily work with young people.
